  1. The snr-community.org website retains some personal information in order to facilitate visitors to the site, as well as use them for statistical reasons. More specifically, we collect the ip addresses of visitors and users for statistical purposes. We also retain the email addresses of our newsletter subscribers that are needed to enable this service. Moreover we use the google analytics service that collects personal information from our visitors. These data are used for statistical and improvement purposes.   2. Newsletter: From time to time we may also send newsletters from the website to subscribers. By subscribing to the newsletter of this page, you agree that the “Serial Number Registration Community” may retain your email to continue sending the newsletters. No personal data other than the email are stored and no detail is shared with third parties. The website administrators are the only ones who have access to the emails of the newsletter subscriptions. These email addreses can be deleted at any time using the unsubscribe link from the subscriber list.
  3. Online visitors: snr-community.org collects the ip address of the website’s online visitors as statistical data. These addresses are retained for the duration of the session (visit) at snr-community.org and then they are permanently deleted.
  4. Contact Form: On our website you will find contact forms, in which the sender’s name and email are required. These data are not stored anywhere on the website. They are necessary for any contact needed and are sent by email to the recipient.
  5. Cookies: snr-community.org also uses cookies to better serve and facilitate the browsing of visitors. We use cookies to identify the user.   8. Access logs: We inform our visitors that a visitor log is retained by the hosting provider.  
  9. Who do we share your data with? With no third party. The data collected from the website are available only to its administrators. We ensure compliance with the principles of Personal Data Protection in the use of the services of this website with respect to e-commerce and distance selling, in accordance with and comply with international, European and domestic Greek law, and in particular with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, Directive 2000/31/EC and Presidential Decree 131/2003 on e-commerce, as well as Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals’ privacy and personal data, as supplemented by decisions of the Chairman of the Committee on the Protection of Personal Data, PD 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 and Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC.

In the event of any changes the user is responsible for updating them and should inform us in order to keep them complete, correct, true, accurate and valid. All our members are solely responsible for all actions generally performed from their account. In case of unauthorized use of their account and any occurrence and/or possible security breach they should immediately inform our company. Moreover all members are responsible for the careful use of their account. We are not responsible for any damage or harm arising from the members’ failure to comply with this clause. If the user does not consent to the use of their personal information as mentioned, they should not fill in the relevant fields.
  11. We do not make any illegal or unlawful use of your personal information and we do not transmit in any way and for any reason whatsoever to any third party users’ personal information and data. Your personal information from any request of yours is permanently deleted and is in no way shared with anyone. The submission of data for the use of our services serves as a declaration of Law 1599/1986 and therefore any false statement of data can lead to the appropriate sactions of Article 22 (6) under the law.
  12. How do we protect your data: At snr-community.org we strive to safeguard the personal data of our users. We use SSL for online transaction security so that every contact with the server is encrypted. Moreover, to safeguard our users’ data, we recommend solely for security reasons that our users regularly change their password and avoid using the same and easily traceable passwords, as well as disclosing those passwords to third parties. We use only encrypted links to contact the website (https) and adopt all appropriate measures taken by the hosting provider regarding data and contact protection.
  13. How long do we retain your data: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments, instead of holding them in moderation queue. For users register on our website, we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights do you have over your data: If you have an account on this website or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
